The Ariella Medi Beauty Bed
The Ariella Medi Beauty Bed is our best-selling electric beauty bed, designed to suit a wide range of treatments including aesthetics, facials, massage, laser, lashes, luxury dentistry and more.
This electric beauty bed adjusts smoothly using the lightweight handheld remote and can be positioned in multiple ways. It can lie completely flat, sit upright and adjust in height, making it easy to find the perfect position for both you and your client.
Upholstered in vegan silicone leather, the bed is soft, supportive and easy to clean, making it perfect for busy salons where hygiene and client comfort are key. It also features a removable face cushion which reveals a built-in breathing hole, ideal for clients lying face-down during treatments such as massage.
Designed with removable armrests and a detachable headrest, the Ariella can be easily adapted to suit different treatments and working styles.
Black bases:
We are currently transitioning from painted black bases to chrome black bases across our range.
We still have a limited number of painted black bases either in stock or arriving soon, so if you have a preference, please check with us before ordering and confirm which finish you would like.
Please avoid sitting on either end of the bed. Only get on and off from the middle section of the bed. Sitting on the ends may affect the central motor column and could impact your warranty coverage.

If you select a colour outside of our standard website options or request any adaptations, such as size changes, material variations, or branding additions, your item will be treated as a custom order.

Delivery
For deliveries to flats or communal buildings, valid photo ID will be required upon delivery.
We aim to make your delivery process as smooth and clear as possible. Please see below for estimated timeframes, charges, and important delivery notes.
Delivery timeframes
In-stock items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.
Coming soon items: If your item is marked with a restock date for your selected style/colour, delivery will be 3–7 working days from that date.
Made to order items: If your item is out of stock, it will be made to order, with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 weeks.
Multiple item orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately as soon as each item is ready. This ensures you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Small items £12.50 | Mainland UK curbside: £60 | 2 Man delivery groundfloor: £80 | 2 Man delivery unboxing and removal of rubbish £150
Scotland & Wales: Small Items £25 | Large items curbside £100
Deliveries to Scotland and Wales may take up to 1 additional week
Northern Ireland:
1 Large item & 1 Small item room of choice: £250
Deliveries to Ireland may take up to 2 additional weeks.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders including any changes to colour, size, or additions such as logos or branding are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.
A collection fee will apply to all returns unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
All final-discount discontinued items are sold as final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Important
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. If this is not available, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe return. We may make a deduction if items are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Customers have the right to inspect items as they would in-store. However, excessive handling may result in a deduction from the refund.
