10. Accounts

11.2 If your Account is terminated, any current or pending purchases will be cancelled and not dispatched.
11.3 Pretty Salon Furniture LTD reserves the right to cancel purchases without giving reasons before payment is processed and dispatch occurs.
11.4 If purchases are cancelled before dispatch, any money paid will be refunded.
11.5 If a User cancels their order, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled, and any money paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
12. Payment
12.1 All invoices must be paid by the due date stated unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon between the Purchaser and Pretty Salon Furniture LTD.
13. Goods, Pricing, and Availability

However, we are not liable for slight variations, except in cases of negligence. This applies only to correct Goods, not to incorrect items. See Clause 16.1 for issues with incorrect items.

14. Property, Risk, and Account of Profits
14.1 Ownership of Goods does not transfer to the Purchaser until full payment has been received by Pretty Salon Furniture LTD. Title remains with us until the purchase price is fully paid.
14.2 If the Purchaser sells the Goods to their customers while any part of the purchase price is still outstanding, they must account for the proceeds to Pretty Salon Furniture LTD and hold these on trust until payment is complete.
14.3 Pretty Salon Furniture LTD reserves the right to trace all proceeds following the principles of Re Hallett’s Estate (1880) 13 Ch D 696. If payment is overdue, we may enter the Purchaser’s premises and retrieve any Goods that remain our property under Clause 14.1.
15. Delivery
15.1 You will be notified via email when your goods are dispatched, with details of the order and estimated delivery times.
15.2 If you do not report any issues within 5 days of receiving the Goods, it is assumed they have been received in working order with no problems.
15.3 For “Next Day Delivery,” orders must be placed by 12 pm. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Next day delivery applies Monday to Thursday. Items shipped on Friday will arrive Monday. Bank holidays are not classed as working days, so orders will be dispatched the next working day.
16. Returns Policy
Pretty Salon Furniture LTD aims to provide high-quality Goods, but returns are occasionally necessary. Returns are subject to the following rules and will be at the buyer’s cost, with a 10% restocking charge deducted from the invoice.
16.1 If Goods do not match the order and there is no explanatory note, contact us within 2 working days. We do not cover shipping costs. You may choose to receive the correct items (if available) or a refund through your original payment method after we receive the returned Goods. Refunds and replacements will be processed once we have the items.
16.2 If Goods have faults when delivered, contact Pretty Salon Furniture LTD within 2 days. We will cover shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. A refund will be issued through your payment method once we receive the items.
16.3 If Goods develop faults within the warranty period, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement per the warranty terms.
16.4 If Goods are damaged in transit and it’s apparent on delivery, sign the delivery note to indicate the damage. Report this to Pretty Salon Furniture LTD within 24 hours. We will cover shipping costs and issue a refund once the items are returned.
16.5 If Goods are no longer required but have been dispatched or received, they can be returned within 7 days if unopened and in resale condition. The Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.
