Refund policy

1.1 RETURNS

a. If you’ve ordered something by mistake or no longer need it, please contact our Customer Support team on +44 1702 690111 to request a returns authorisation code.

b. In cases where an item is no longer required or was ordered in error, refunds will only be issued for the item itself and not the original delivery fee.

c. If you wish to exchange the item for something else, a new delivery charge will apply.

d. Items must be returned within fourteen days of receipt. All returns must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please ensure items are securely boxed to avoid any damage during transit. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. If this is not available, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe return. We may make a deduction if items are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Customers have the right to inspect items as they would in-store. However, excessive handling may result in a deduction from the refund.

e. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange a collection from your business premises for £60.00 if preferred. For larger items such as furniture or equipment, please call us on +441702 690111 for a collection quote.

Alternatively, you may use your own courier, but Pretty Salon Furniture LTD cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and purchasing insurance to cover the return.

f. Please note, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted for any items that are bespoke, made-to-order, personalised or specially sourced for you. This includes furniture, customised equipment or any goods that have been ordered specifically to your requirements.

These types of products are not eligible for return simply because they’re no longer wanted or were ordered by mistake.

g. If the returned item is received in a resaleable condition, a refund will be issued to your account within five - ten working days, minus a delivery charge.

h. If the item is not received in a resaleable condition, we will notify you and no refund will be applied.

i. Complimentary items provided as part of a promotional offer must be returned in full along with the original order. These are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the entire offer is returned, and standard return conditions apply.
