The Ariella Medi Beauty Bed is our best-selling electric beauty bed, designed to suit a wide range of treatments, including aesthetics, facials, massage, laser, lashes, luxury dentistry and more.
This electric beauty bed adjusts smoothly using the lightweight handheld remote and can be positioned in multiple ways. It can lie completely flat, sit upright and adjust in height, making it easy to find the perfect position for both you and your client.
Upholstered in premium vegan silicone leather, the bed is soft, supportive and easy to clean, making it perfect for busy salons where hygiene and client comfort are key. The Ariella is also finished with a sleek stainless steel base for a polished, high-quality finish. It features a removable face cushion which reveals a built-in breathing hole, ideal for clients lying face-down during treatments such as massage.
Designed with removable armrests and a detachable headrest, the Ariella can be easily adapted to suit different treatments and working styles.

Delivery
For deliveries to flats or communal buildings, valid photo ID will be required upon delivery.
We aim to make your delivery process as smooth and clear as possible. Please see below for estimated timeframes, charges, and important delivery notes.
Delivery timeframes
In-stock items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.
Coming soon items: If your item is marked with a restock date for your selected style/colour, delivery will be 3–7 working days from that date.
Made to order items: If your item is out of stock, it will be made to order, with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 weeks.
Multiple item orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately as soon as each item is ready.

Deliveries to Scotland and Wales may take up to 1 additional week.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders including any changes to colour, size, or additions such as logos or branding are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.
A collection fee will apply to all returns unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
All final-discount discontinued items are sold as final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Important
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. If this is not available, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe return.
Customers have the right to inspect items as they would in-store. However, excessive handling may result in a deduction from the refund.

Does the Ariella lie completely flat?

What is the Ariella made from?

Does the footrest touch the floor when in a seated position?
No. When the Ariella is adjusted into a seated position, the footrest remains slightly raised from the floor.

Does it have a face hole?

How is it different from the Foot Control version?
The standard Ariella adjusts using a handheld remote. The Foot Control version includes both a handheld remote and built-in foot controls. Their dimensions and height ranges differ, so please compare the specifications for each model.
Can I try Ariella before ordering?
You’re welcome to visit our Leigh-on-Sea showroom to explore the furniture and talk through your treatments. Please check that Ariella is available to try when booking your appointment.

Do you sell any additional pillows for the Ariella?
Yes, we offer an additional pillow designed to sit over the entire head section for extra comfort. This is available at an additional cost, simply contact our team if you’d like to add one to your order.
Delivery
When will my chosen colour arrive?
Availability depends on your selected upholstery and base finish. Check the delivery information for your chosen option, and contact us before ordering if you’re working towards an opening date or another deadline.
Will all the items in my order arrive together?
Not necessarily. If you order several items, they may be dispatched separately as each becomes ready. Contact us if you need to discuss the delivery arrangements for your salon.
What should I check about access before delivery?
Measure your doorways and access route, including any tight turns, stairs or lifts. Tell us about access restrictions before ordering so we can check the appropriate delivery service. Not every delivery option includes carrying the bed into your treatment room.
How can I check my delivery progress?
Contact our team with your order number so we can check the latest update for your furniture. If you have ordered more than one item, we can check each item’s progress.
Aftercare
Where should clients sit when getting on and off?
Clients should get on and off from the middle section. Please avoid sitting on the head or foot end, as this can place strain on the bed’s mechanism.
How should I clean the upholstery?
Ariella’s silicone leather is designed to be easy to wipe clean. Follow the care instructions supplied with your bed, and ask us before using a cleaning product if you’re unsure whether it’s suitable.
Who should I contact if I need help with my bed?
Contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photos or a short video can help us understand what needs attention and advise you on the next step.
Can I ask about replacement covers or spare parts?
Yes. Contact us with your order number, the item you need and a clear photo. We can check the options for your particular model and production version; availability varies.

Unbelievable experience with pretty salon furniture. (Ordered bed, stool and trolley)
1. Item ordered Friday night delivery Wednesday morning by the most attentive delivery courier service- updated day before for delivery with a 2 hour slot (happy to change if not suitable).
2. Item came wrapped VERY well so no damage to item in transit. You will need some assistance to get the crate open.
3. Quality item the material is butter soft clients are already over the moon with the feel and it’s elevated the room from a beauty room to a boujee clinic room. It comes with free covers which is a fantastic touch. Lead nice and long, smooth electric movement too and the fact the arms are adjustable and remove able makes life so much easier.

I brought an Ariella Bed from Pretty Salon for my aesthetics clinic , it’s the best purchase I have made!
So easy to move with the remote, it goes flat, upright, even tilts. The leather is soooo soft. I got mine in a custom colour with me logo on so it just fits perfectly in with my decor.
I did have to wait a while for delivery, but the girls were really helpful and kept me updated.
