The Otia is a high-end electric beauty bed designed to make your space look professional and feel inviting. Finished with a smooth wood-grain or gold base and ultra-soft, thick cushioning, it combines comfort with a beautiful salon-ready design.
It comes with both a handheld remote and foot control, making it easy to adjust the bed during treatments without needing to move around or pause your service. The bed is fitted with three smooth electric motors, allowing you to effortlessly control the height, backrest and leg section for complete treatment flexibility.
The soft LED lighting built into the base can be switched on or off as needed, adding a subtle glow that sets the mood without being too much.
The headrest is removable and reveals a built-in breath hole, making it perfect for face-down treatments such as massage or body work.
The Otia is ideal for facials, advanced skin treatments, massage and more, built to support you through every kind of appointment while keeping your client comfortable throughout.

Delivery
For deliveries to flats or communal buildings, valid photo ID will be required upon delivery.
We aim to make your delivery process as smooth and clear as possible. Please see below for estimated timeframes, charges, and important delivery notes.
Delivery timeframes
In-stock items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.
Coming soon items: If your item is marked with a restock date for your selected style/colour, delivery will be 3–7 working days from that date.
Made to order items: If your item is out of stock, it will be made to order, with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 weeks.
Multiple item orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately as soon as each item is ready.

Small items £12.50 | Mainland UK curbside: £60 | 2 Man delivery ground floor: £80 | 2 Man delivery with unboxing and removal of rubbish: £150
Scotland & Wales: Small items £25 | Large items curbside £100
Deliveries to Scotland and Wales may take up to 1 additional week.
Northern Ireland
1 large item & 1 small item, room of choice: £250
Deliveries to Northern Ireland may take up to 2 additional weeks.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that custom orders, including any changes to colour, size, or additions such as logos or branding, are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.
A collection fee will apply to all returns unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
All final-discount discontinued items are sold as final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Important
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. If this is not available, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe return.
Customers have the right to inspect items as they would in-store. However, excessive handling may result in a deduction from the refund.
