Our Get Cosy Electric Beauty Bed is designed for advanced skin treatments, facials, massage, injectables and more. Upholstered in our signature ultra-soft silicone leather, it features an extra-thick, plush cushion designed to keep your clients comfortable throughout every treatment.
Powered by 3 electric motors, the Get Cosy adjusts smoothly for height, backrest and leg position using the included handheld remote, making it easy to position each client exactly where you need them.
The removable headrest pillow reveals a built-in breathing hole underneath, making the bed ideal for face-down treatments such as massage and body services.
Soft LED lighting is built into the base, adding a subtle glow to your treatment room and helping create a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

If you select a colour outside of our standard website options or request any adaptations, such as size changes, material variations, or branding additions, your item will be treated as a custom order.

Delivery
For deliveries to flats or communal buildings, valid photo ID will be required upon delivery.
We aim to make your delivery process as smooth and clear as possible. Please see below for estimated timeframes, charges, and important delivery notes.
Delivery timeframes
In-stock items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.
Coming soon items: If your item is marked with a restock date for your selected style/colour, delivery will be 3–7 working days from that date.
Made to order items: If your item is out of stock, it will be made to order, with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 weeks.
Multiple item orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately as soon as each item is ready. This ensures you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Small Items £12.50 | Mainland UK curbside: £60 | 2 Man delivery groundfloor: £80 | 2 Man delivery unboxing and removal of rubbish £150
Scotland & Wales curbside: Small Items £25 | Curbside £100 | 2 man delivery unboxing and removal of rubbish £200
Northern Ireland:
1 Large item & 1 Small item room of choice :£250

Deliveries to Scotland and Wales may take up to 1 additional week & deliveries to Ireland may take up to 2 additional weeks.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders including any changes to colour, size, or additions such as logos or branding are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.
A collection fee will apply to all returns unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
All final-discount discontinued items are sold as final sale. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged
Important
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. If this is not available, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe return. We may make a deduction if items are returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Customers have the right to inspect items as they would in-store. However, excessive handling may result in a deduction from the refund.

I use my nee treatmnet bed for Japanese Head Spa, meaning my Clients are spending af least one hour lying down. Everyone compliments it how comfortable it is. So we all love it!
From ordering my bed to Victoria‘s customer service on the phone it was 10 out of 10 all the way and the delivery driver was Ace. The bed is amazing. It fits perfectly into my small Clinic thank you so much. I couldn’t have asked more from Pretty Salon .

After contacting Pretty Salon about arranging the bed to be delivered, they’d sorted a date & time to suit within a couple of days. When the bed arrived, the delivery men were very polite & helpful. Very impressed with the bed! Good quality, Wide & sturdy. Even came with a plastic protective cover. I love this bed! I would highly recommend.

Can I just say the customer service here was a 20/10!! Nothing was a problem even when I had a problem. Was worried I couldn’t get my bed and stool then they sorted it out, with a discount. I just received the cosy bed in nude, not only does it look amazing in my newly decorated salon but the couch itself is gorgeous. It’s really thick and cushioned. I have a few clients with bad backs & knees so this bed will be a game changer for them as it can sit upright, no more struggling to get up from the lay down position. The adjustable height will also help me massively with my own back as I can have it at the right setting for different treatments. I can’t wait for my clients to use it and experience the luxury. Also an added bonus I had a free gold trolley which was a lovely surprise so Thank you so much. When I rang the delivery guys they delivered the very next day! Thank you Pretty salon, my gorgeous couch was definitely worth the wait 🌟
I am not trying to sound over the top (lol) but I am in love with this bed. It’s completely transformed my treatments! I have had this vision, since I started my business of how I picture each treatment going from start to end. Up until now I have been using a standalone bed, (which is fine, especially when first starting out) that is unable to be moved in anyway unless I tip my bed upside down. I’ve worked hard and save for this bed and I feel like it’s such a win. All my treatments feel more efficient and luxurious for both my clients and I.
One of the biggest improvements is how easy it is for my more mature clientele to get on and off the bed. The accessibility, for them, has been a game-changer. Being able to have them low and seated, lie them back and reverse has been so good for them.
My clients have all commented and praise the look, comfort and position changes in my treatments. It feels smooth when your on it to move, its not jerky or fast. It doesn’t slam down, it is very smooth and feels nice to be moved on. I am just over the moon with my new bed and feel so proud of my purchase. This bed has truly improved the quality of my treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
On another note, customer service has been amazing. I was always kept up to date with delivery status. Every query was answered with kind profession attitude and Pretty Salon seem to really care about their products and their customers. Their customer service is outstanding and I am really glad I choose to buy from them.
